A new Multilevel Parking Facility has officially begun construction at the historic Mubarak Mandi Heritage Complex, as announced by Dr. Devansh Yadav, Commissioner of Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC).
Dr. Yadav stated that the parking structure is being developed in sync with the traditional Dogra architecture, ensuring it complements the heritage character of the surrounding complex. He reiterated that Mubarak Mandi, known as the “Pride of Jammu,” must be preserved and restored at all costs.

According to the JMC Commissioner, the project is targeted for completion within 12 months. Once completed, the facility will offer parking for 200 cars and 40 two-wheelers, easing congestion and improving accessibility for visitors to the heritage site.
The project marks a significant step in revitalizing the Mubarak Mandi Heritage Complex, blending heritage conservation with modern urban infrastructure.
