Conditions for the Creation of These Posts

The approval of these jobs comes with specific conditions that must be adhered to:

  1. Salary Structure Compliance: The posts are created in their respective pay levels, as outlined in the recruitment rules.
  2. Amendment of Recruitment Rules: The Hon’ble High Court of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh is required to update the relevant recruitment rules accordingly.
  3. Implementation of Government Orders: The High Court Registry must comply with S.O. No. 133 (Dated 29-03-2022) and S.O. No. 151 (Dated 04-04-2022) issued by the General Administration Department. Furthermore, all Class-IV positions will be included in the Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS) category, except for sanitation workers.

Approval from the Finance Department

This government decision was made following the Finance Department’s concurrence, as per U.O. No. FD-Code/24/2025-02-129, dated 27-01-2025.
