Steps to Register for Shri Vaishno Devi Yatra Online Registration

1. Visit the Official Shrine Board Website

Navigate to the “Online Services” section and select “Yatra Registration.”

Now “Login with you Mobile Number” through an OTP on the official website of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board and you may also create your password to access the website.

2. Create an Account

New users must create an account by providing basic details:
- Full Name
- Contact Number
- Email Address
- Password
An activation link will be sent to your registered email. Verify your account to proceed.

3. Login to Your Account

Use your credentials to log in.
Navigate to the Yatra Registration portal.

Click ‘Yatra Parchi’ and fill up the Yatra Parchi Booking details as per the following:

For Online Yatra Slip Booking you can register through SMVDSB website by following the steps mentioned below:

Register yourself as “New Devotee” by signing up on the official website of SMVDSB and create User name and Password.
Close all links and open this website page again.
Login with the user name and password
Click on Yatra Parchi (Slip).
Enter the details.
Your booking is complete and Yatra Parchi would be generated.
You can obtain the printout of this Yatra Parchi.

4. Select Yatra Date and Group Details

Choose the desired date for your Yatra.
Specify the number of pilgrims in your group and their details, including:
- Names
- Age
- Gender
- ID Proof (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, etc.)

5. Download Yatra Parchi

After submitting the required information, download the Yatra Parchi.
Print and carry a hard copy during your journey. Digital copies may not be accepted at checkpoints.

To check your booking status you can login with username and password; and click on successful transactions. The website would show all successful transactions. You can click on reprint option and obtain the printout.

You would be required to show this Yatra Parchi at Banganga Yatra check post on your arrival to undertake the Yatra to the Holy Cave Shrine. Yatra Parchi is valid for full day to cross Banganga check post.

SMVDB has also made arrangements for offline Yatra Parchi which may also beavailable at Yatra Registration Counter near Bus Stand Katra and Saraswati Dham near Railway Station in Jammu.

Please note that:

Online/ Offline Yatra Parchi is free of cost.
Yatra Parchi is not required for children below 3 years of age.

Yatra Registration Slip is not a confirmation for Yatra to Bhawan for having Darshan at the Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine.
Devotees will be allowed to proceed to Bhawan for Darshan only after collecting the RFID Access Cards on showing this Yatra Registration Slip.
Devotees can show the Yatra Registration Slip on mobile at the counters for collecting the RFID Access Cards.
Yatra Registration Slip is not required for children below 5 Years of age
