The Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board, in light of the upcoming Navratri festival and the increasing number of devotees, has decided to open a registration counter at Katra Railway Station for Mata Vaishno Devi Navratri Registrations. While reviewing various preparations for the grand Navratri festival starting on 3rd October, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Anshul Garg mentioned that special arrangements have been made this year.

Speaking to reporters, Anshul Garg said, “This year, we’ve taken additional steps. We’re opening a registration counter at Katra Railway Station.” Eight dedicated registration counters have been set up at Katra Railway Station, where devotees can register from 5 AM onwards. Additionally, the number of registration counters has increased from 39 to 47. Devotees can easily register at any of these 47 locations, with all necessary facilities available at the counters.

Registration process Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Yatra
Devotees can register for the darshan of Mata Vaishno Devi in two ways—offline and online. The registration process is entirely free of charge.
- Offline registration:
- You can visit any of the 47 booking counters to register.
- A form needs to be filled out with the required information, after which you will receive a slip.
- Please note that this slip is only valid for one day, allowing you to proceed with your journey.
- Online registration:
- For online registration, visit the official website of the Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board at http://www.maavaishnodevi.org.
All necessary arrangements have been made to ensure that as many devotees as possible can have the darshan of Mata during Navratri.
