Going by a Facebook post of Shah Faesal, the first person from Jammu & Kashmir to top the Indian Civil Services examination, it seems present education system does not develop human resources properly. It fails to train the people for the job consistent with present economic environment. As a result, even the highly educated people in society fail to get appropriate job.
