Candidates holding a graduation degree in any discipline from a recognised university can apply online through the official IBPS website. The online application process started on 1 July 2026, and the last date to apply has been extended to 26 July 2026.

This recruitment drive will be conducted through a Common Recruitment Process (CRP) for selection of candidates in 11 participating public sector banks for the financial year 2027-28.

Candidates applying for the Probationary Officer/Management Trainee post must have:

IBPS PO Salary 2026

Selected candidates will receive salary as per the official pay scale:

Basic Pay: ₹48,480 – ₹85,920

Apart from basic salary, candidates will receive allowances and benefits according to the rules of the respective Public Sector Bank.

Payment can be made through online modes including Debit Card, Credit Card, Internet Banking, UPI and other available payment options.
