The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) has initiated online measures by setting up a Twitter handle and Facebook page to combat corruption.
A police spokesman said Twitter handle @JKACB and Facebook page J&K Anti Corruption Bureau were launched by Director, Anti-Corruption Bureau, Anand Jain.
“Social network platforms and instant messaging services, including Twitter handle @JKACB and Facebook page J&K Anti Corruption Bureau have been set up to combat corruption,” the spokesman said.
Jain said free flow of information from social media would not only help get information about corruption, but also prove useful in maintaining efficiency in the functioning of the ACB.

He said toll-free number and WhatsApp number would also be made available for the free access of the public soon.
