Yesterday, on the eve of Independence Day, the national flag was hoisted at all the prominent places of Jammu but there was one place left. Many would have noticed the fact but didn’t dare or care enough.
One man, noticed it and felt disappointed. The building is visible from many parts of Jammu city and yet there was no tricolour over it. It was the under-construction Secretariat building of Jammu. The person reached over the top and unfurled the national flag and here is video of him atop the building:
